Jim rated it really liked it Mar 28, I’m optimistic that the democratization of media design and production will turn out to enhance the truth and on balance be good for us all.
Still, a master set of interviews by a master interviewer. Nearly moggridye one of the interviewees visible on the cover page has something to say and so does Moggridge. These are all people who have changed the world to different extents. Although the book reads mlggridge and designibg fairly obvious who wrote what, since the author specifically called out the blue sections as his own voice, it seems odd to see his words in black.

The If mecia read this collection of interviews with important people in the world of design, technology, and mogvridge in or later, you should realize that the interviews were conducted circaand some of the discussions are dated. By the final comments in the last interview, the moggridye of its underlying thesis that “the printed word will not disappear” simply serves as a valedictory to a thesis that the reader has already discovered for themselves.

When that contextual information is removed, products can be very confusing. We’ve given out three copies so far to our consulting clients with very positive feedback.

Bill was also the fourth director of the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museumhe only museum in the United States devoted exclusively to historic and contemporary design. If you read this collection of interviews with important people in the world of design, moggridve, and media in or later, you should realize that the interviews were conducted circaand some of the discussions are dated.
Having said that, I think that Designing Media does a good job at still being relevant. Evert Hilhorst rated it really liked it Feb 07, I think the interviews would have been more successful had they focused on fewer things and gone deeper.
