I don’t know how long it will remain free so I definitely recommend snatching it up and giving it a go. Tori died after the game on Friday.

I love Sarra for her Heart Breathings YouTube channel as well as her personal one and have been following her and just loving how much she shares with readers and the writing community, and then I thought, duh, why am I not reading her books, especially when some of them are free? The author didn’t keep the police thread going, so that the reader could be reminded of the horror of Tori’s demlns, or the xemons of it happening again.

And both guys had enough to their characters to make them seem real rather than just complications in her life.

This book also felt a bit rushed many times and the scenes and actions felt like they were going way too fast.

Hopefully that will change as the series continues. Or the football players. Beautiful Demons 39 28 Dec 31, It was demonw abnormally short read. I really enjoyed the beginning of this series, and will definitely be reading the next books.

This sucked all tension out of the book and therefore, the ending was wholly anticlimactic.

Some random ass girl kills a person because she wants to get on the cheerleading squad. The whole “villain’s speech” usually caps off a huge build-up of tension while everyone tries to figure out whodunnit beautifl stop them offending again, but the fact that none of the other characters gave a crap by the end of the book, only leaves the reader to feel exactly the same way. The characters in this beaufiful were really strong, especially the character of Jackson!

Find me on Facebook Sarra Cannon. The prose, for the most part was well done.

Beautiful Demons

She was quirky, troubled, and rebellious in her own ways. Granted, this read like a typical teenage paranormal-girl just discovering her powers, trying to fit in at a new school, the usual high school drama complete with bullies, and the usual romantic triangle. But things get interesting when someone dies, Harper becomes popular, not the outside she’s used to.

Because we can’t trust the ladies. Which is to say that the author kept robbing her of volition and that got old really fast and never really went away.

She has no real goals once it becomes obvious that she’s not going to be sent to juvie and the cops are no longer looking to pin Tori’s bequtiful on her.
